Roy Keane loses it after finding out Ian Wright has his rival's number tattooed on himself

Roy Keane loses it after finding out Ian Wright has his rival's number tattooed on himself

Ian Wright's explanation behind his tattoo didn't impress Roy Keane.

Roy Keane couldn't believe it when Ian Wright revealed the meaning behind his 'cute' tattoo on his hand.

On the latest episode of Stick to Football - a podcast brought to you by Sky Bet - Neville quizzed Wright about his tattoo on his hand.

The former Manchester United captain asked the Arsenal legend about his '9' and '10' tattoos on his hand.

Wright explained the meaning behind the design, which didn't impress Keane, who absolutely lost it - hilariously calling it 'ridiculous'. Check it out below:

Neville said: "I've just noticed on your hand.., tattoos that say 9 and 10. Is that your shirt number? Where was your 10 at?"

Wright replied: "This is my tattoo that I got in lockdown when I was doing stuff with Gary [Lineker] and Al [Shearer]. We kind of built a lot off..."

Before Wright could finish his sentence, Keane exclaimed: "With who?"

He looked away in disgust as the ex-forward explained the tattoo is a tribute to Lineker and Shearer's shirt numbers during their respective careers.

Wright's explanation came as a relief to Neville and Jamie Carragher, who both thought it was a tattoo in honour of a death.

Neville and Carragher burst out laughing as the ex-England international replied: "Oh you thought I was going deep?"

Keane continued to look disgusted, cutting a priceless expression on his face as he angrily examined Wright's tattoo.

Neville questioned Wright's tattoo, adding: "You put Lineker's shirt number on your hand? And Shearer's number?

To which Keane replied: "It's ridiculous," before saying: "The most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my life."

Of course, Keane had his battles with Shearer on the field during Man United vs. Newcastle United clashes.

The Irishman was famously shown a red card after hitting out at the Toon icon in a league fixture back in 2001.
