Ronaldinho has singled out a star forward from one of his old sides as the player he most enjoys watching.

Ronaldinho enjoyed a stunning playing career, playing for the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Barcelona and AC Milan.

He'll be most remembered for his iconic international career with Brazil, having inspired his national team to World Cup glory in 2002.

They don't make players like Ronaldinho, who was renowned for his dribbling abilities with moves like the elastico and flip flap and his use of tricks.

Ronaldinho called time on his stellar career in 2015 but still keeps an eye on the beautiful game.

Speaking to Sky Italia, the 45-year-old was asked about Milan, where he had a two-and-a-half-year spell at the San Siro.

On his former team, he said: "At Milan there are great players and a good team, I think that next year they will be able to do great things."

Millan have plenty of great players, including French goalkeeper Mike Maignan and Dutch midfielder Tijjani Reijnders, not to mention Portuguese winger Rafael Leao.

And Ronaldinho hailed Leao, revealing he is one of the players he most enjoys watching.

"Leao does not need my advice, he is a great player," he said of Leao. "He is one of the players I most enjoy watching."

"He deserves the number 10 shirt. He's a player who delights me, and everyone who loves football should share that opinion," he said las year. "The way he plays makes everyone agree. He can make the difference and I hope he plays a great game against Paris Saint-Germain."

Leao joined Milan from Lille in the summer of 2019 and has scored 68 goals in 253 matches for the club.

He's widely regarded as one of the best wingers in world football.
