Dembele is among the contenders to win this year's Ballon d'Or following his stellar performances for PSG last season.
He helped his side win four trophies, including the coveted Champions League.
And the French giants secured their first piece of silverware of the new season after beating Europa League holders Spurs on penalties after coming from two goals down in normal time.

Micky van de Ven opened the scoring six minutes before the break, with Cristian Romero adding his side's second three minutes after the restart.
PSG, who competed in this summer's Club World Cup, weren't at the races as Luis Enrique's team failed to get a grip of the game but they burst into life in the dying stages, with goals from Lee Kang-in and Goncalo Ramos taking the Super Cup to a penalty shootout.
Dembele was largely ineffective until he produced a stunning assist for Ramos.
