Neymar has named the Brazilian wonderkid that he thinks is better than Endrick.

Endrick Felipe Moreira de Sousa, better known as just Endrick, has been a breath of fresh air since making his move to Madrid this summer.

The 18-year-old opened his Champions League account this week when he scored during Los Blancos’ 3-1 win over VfB Stuttgart.

Endrick is often regarded as one of the biggest talents in world football and has been tipped to dominate the sport in the future alongside Barcelona youngster Lamine Yamal.

Speaking about Endrick, Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti said this week: “Endrick is a humble boy, he doesn't talk a lot. He just works very hard. He will start in one of the next games.

“For sure, Endrick has a great future.”

However, speaking earlier in the year, former Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain star Neymar snubbed Endrick when selecting his next big thing to come from Brazil.

The Al Hilal forward said: “I think Estevao of Palmeiras is big talent that is surging in Brazilian football. I think he will be a genius.”

Estevao, 17, will join Chelsea next summer after agreeing a deal to sign the winger from Palmeiras for an initial £28 million.

In fact, Neymar is not the only Brazilian singing the youngster's praises as ex-Middlesbrough midfielder and World Cup winner Branco believes Estevao is the greatest player he’s seen born in Brazil since Neymar.

"It’s been a long time since we’ve had these kids there and Brazil has a spectacular generation," he said.

"Brazil for 2026 will arrive very strong, they’ll arrive with strength, speed and quality.

"Estevao, for me, with all due respect to the others, this is something serious, something that I’ve never said and I’m going to say - since Neymar, he is the greatest player I’ve seen born in Brazil.

"This is my opinion, you’ve seen him close, you know. This is Brazil, they’re all spectacular but this boy, his ceiling is a bit higher."
