Roy Keane didn't hesitate in the slightest when naming a Manchester United player who he 'didn't get on with'.

It's fair to say that there have been few elite footballers with a reputation quite like Roy Keane.

The former Man United star was known for his tough tackling no-nonsense style, and he's carried that persona into his post-playing career.

Though the Irishman has mellowed a little in recent years, he still doesn't mince his words when providing punditry on top level football.

Keane and his former United teammate Gary Neville have been covering Euro 2024 with ITV, with Keane laying into England's stars on several occasions over their underwhelming performances.

On Monday, ITV Sport posted a video on social media of the duo playing a light-hearted game.

Neville and Keane were tasked with identifying former teammates without being given clues like their names, shirt numbers or positions.

When Neville had to describe former United striker Teddy Sheringham to Keane, he began with: "You didn't like him... that could be anybody! Jeez, I've got a list [this long]."

Keane, looking slightly embarrassed, replied: "No, you shouldn't say I didn't like him. F*** sake."

Regardless, the 52-year-old had a good idea who Neville was referring to.

"Jordi [Cruyff]? Teddy [Sheringham]?" Keane guessed.

When he was told that the answer was Sheringham, Keane protested: "No that's wrong, I didn't mind Teddy, I just didn't get on with him."

When Neville teased him, Keane hit back: "Yeah we had a fall out! But that's just working [together]..."

Keane and Neville will be back on TV screens on Wednesday when ITV broadcast England's Euro 2024 semi-final against the Netherlands.
