Footage from the away dressing room at Old Trafford has emerged following Sunday's FA Cup clash between Fulham and Manchester United as the visitors celebrated a historic win.

Fulham will come up against Crystal Palace in the FA Cup quarter-final after they knocked Manchester United out of the competition for the first time since 1908.

Extra-time and penalties were needed to decide the winner and, after Victor Lindelof and Joshua Zirkzee missed from 12 yards, the Cottagers advanced to the next stage thanks to a 4-3 shootout win.

It was a deserved victory for Marco Silva's side, who took the lead through Calvin Bassey before Bruno Fernandes equalised with 19 minutes of normal time remaining.

Asked whether Fulham deserved to win, Silva said: "I think so, yes. I know they had chances but I think we were the best team on the pitch. Our team was on the ball, dominating the ball. We deserve to be in the next stage."

In the aftermath of Sunday night's game, a number of Fulham players could be seen celebrating the victory, including former Manchester United midfielder Andreas Pereira.

Pereira, who joined Fulham from United in 2022 for a reported £10 million plus add-ons, has played regular first-team minutes for the Premier League side this season, making 27 appearances in all competitions.

The 29-year-old may have spent 11 years at the Reds but he was understandably delighted with the win as footage from the dressing room emerged via Snapchat.

Here's how fans reacted to the below post-match celebrations.

One said: "Must hurt seeing Andreas Pereira celebrating like this," while another commented: "If this doesn’t fuel our players they’re not fit to wear the shirt.. as simple as that

No way I’m letting Fulham and preseason Pirlo dance on me like that."

A third wrote: "Losing to these guys must be the most jarring thing ever," and a fourth said: "Lmao Pereira didn't know what to do."

A fifth added: "Class club Fulham have nothing but respect for em. All consoling Zirkzee after. All the best."

Speaking ahead of the game, Pereira said he wanted to prove a point at Old Trafford on Sunday.

“I don’t think I got my full chance to play and show my quality when I was there," he told Opta Analyst. "Fulham gave me that opportunity, they did everything for me, and I want to do everything for them. So, whenever I play at Old Trafford, I want to show that United made a mistake.”
