Jadon Sancho made an instant impact on his second Borussia Dortmund debut, providing an assist for Marco Reus against Darmstadt.

After a nightmare period at Manchester United where he was exiled by Erik ten Hag, Sancho has returned to the Bundesliga club on a loan deal until the end of the season.

The 23-year-old has taken on the No.10 shirt and was named on the bench after training with his teammates in their Marbella camp.

He entered the fray in the second half with Dortmund 1-0 but then showed his quality for the second.

He made a perfect run down the right flank and then squared for Reus, with the deadly duo reunited on the pitch after nearly three years away.

Youssoufa Moukoko added a third for Edin Terzic's side, who made a strong start in their first game back since the winter break.

Prior to his cameo, Sancho received a trolling from a fan at half-time as he made his way down the tunnel and into the dressing room.

The fan could be heard shouting, "Erik ten Hag wants to talk to you, you lazy f***er".

Sancho did not acknowledge the comment specifically but appeared to crack a smile at the remark.
