Bruno Fernandes Stuns Man Utd Fans With Dressing Room Comment

Bruno Fernandes made a hilarious comment in the dressing room following Manchester United's big win over Liverpool that didn't go unnoticed among fans.

Man United beat Liverpool 2-1 at Anfield on Sunday to secure back-to-back league wins for the first time since Ruben Amorim's appointment last November.

Bryan Mbeumo opened the scoring in just the second minute in controversial fashion before Cody Gakpo levelled proceedings in the 78th minute.

But Harry Maguire popped up in the box to head home his side's winner six minutes from time.

Maguire, who was named Player of the Match, spoke of the importance of Man United's win over Liverpool following the result.

"It means everything," he told Sky Sports.

"They had had the better of us over the last few years and it's not been good for our club.

"We have not given our fans enough days like today, so it has been a long time coming, coming to this ground and picking up three points."

After his post-match interview, Maguire returned to a jubilant away dressing room, which was captured by Sky Sports cameras.

He was welcomed by club captain Fernandes before sharing an embrace with fellow centre-back Matthijs de Ligt.

Fernandes then left the dressing room but not without making a comment.

He made the Harry Maguire meme sound, amusing Man United fans online.

One X user joked: "Listen to what Bruno says at the end."

A second added: "Harry Magwayaaaa from that popular sound."

Man United's victory over Liverpool comes after they beat Sunderland 2-0 before the international break.

They will be aiming for their third win in a row when they host Brighton on Saturday.

Maguire added: "We won't get carried away because we can't afford that as a club, we will use it as motivation."

Man United move climb up to ninth place in the table, with 13 points on the board from eight games.
