Both Premier League clubs have been linked with a move former the PSV forward, with transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano indicating how plenty of clubs are 'monitoring' his current situation in the Netherlands.
With the future of Mohamed Salah still relatively unknown, Liverpool supporters are naturally comparing the 20-year-old to the ability of the Egyptian, especially given his close control in tight spaces.
