Johan Bakayoko compilation for PSV vs Arsenal is going viral and will excite Liverpool fans

Johan Bakayoko's performance against Arsenal in the UEFA Champions League for PSV has got plenty of people talking about the exciting winger.

The 20-year-old star was in fine form against the Gunners, earning himself plenty of plaudits for his strong showing in attack for Peter Bosz's side.

Completing five successful dribbles and boasting a 92% pass completion rate, the Belgian youngster proved to be quite the headache for Arsenal defender Jakub Kiwior.

One particular compilation uploaded to X, formerly known as Twitter, has excited fans across Europe, especially those with allegiances to Spurs and Liverpool.

Both Premier League clubs have been linked with a move former the PSV forward, with transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano indicating how plenty of clubs are 'monitoring' his current situation in the Netherlands.

With the future of Mohamed Salah still relatively unknown, Liverpool supporters are naturally comparing the 20-year-old to the ability of the Egyptian, especially given his close control in tight spaces.

Bakayoko has already found the net four times and has registered a whopping 13 assists for PSV this season, as they currently sit top of the Eredivisie with 15 wins out of 15.

Fans were quick to praise the Belgian for his impressive cameo against the Gunners, with a compilation of his performance quickly going viral and picking up plenty of reaction.

Another added: ''He’d be a great addition! Gives me porto Luis Diaz vibes the way he moves with the ball'' while a third fan believes Bakayoko could be the perfect heir to Salah at Liverpool, saying: ''hear me out we sign him in January to fill in for salah then he will basically learn from arguably one of the best wingers itw rn.''

Another fan urged some caution despite the understandable excitement, writing: ''I watched some of their matches these seasons, including this, solely because of him. He looks good. But Mohamed Salah's successor must be disciplined enough and industrious.''
