Liverpool fans believe one of their players might just have turned down the chance to lift the Premier League trophy after the official presentation on Sunday.
After COVID-19 hampered their 19th league title celebrations under Jurgen Klopp in 2020, a packed Anfield witnessed Virgil van Dijk lift the richest prize in English football after the 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace.
The title party kept going for Arne Slot's men and a whole host of the players, including Mo Salah, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Alisson Becker, hoisted the trophy aloft to rousing cheers from the Kop behind the goal.
However, some spotted that midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai was not seen lifting the trophy in front of the supporters despite it being passed around freely on the pitch.
At one point, Sky Sports cameras looked to capture a moment where Ryan Gravenberch attempted to hand over the trophy to Szoboszlai, the first Hungarian to win the Premier League.
With his medal around his neck, Szoboszlai mocked Gravenberch's red card on the final day but appeared to refuse the trophy lift - allowing Harvey Elliott to get his moment.

Saw him multiple times refuse it when players tried to hand it to him?"
Another replied: "Nah you’re right something not right about that."
A third user was furious, venting: "What's the point of winning the championship and refusing to lift the trophy in front of the fans. Szoboszlai. Embarrassing
where's the szoboszlai trophy pics???"
Szoboszlai did later pose for a picture with the trophy alongside Salah and was seen with black sunglasses, with the gong proudly on top of his head in a low key lift.
Much of the focus was on the departing Alexander-Arnold, who lapped up the scenes for the final time and was reduced to tears as he embraced his family.
Incredibly, Szoboszlai has won a trophy in every season of his career since 2017/18 - including the Austrian Bundesliga, DFB Pokal, Carabao Cup and now the Premier League.
