Darwin Nunez loses the ball, wins it back then sets up Dominik Szoboszlai - it sums up his chaotic style

Darwin Nunez in a nutshell.

Darwin Nunez summed up his chaotic style as he produced a moment of brilliance to create Liverpool's second goal against Sheffield United.

Liverpool ran out 2-0 winners against Sheff United on Wednesday as they close the gap on league leaders Arsenal.

Virgil van Dijk opened the scoring after Trent Alexander-Arnold picked him out from a corner kick as he left viewers shocked with his hilarious wardrobe malfunction.

The Reds sealed the win deep into stoppage time as Dominik Szoboszlai bagged a second, with Nunez at the heart of the goal.

The Uruguayan, who started the game at Bramall Lane on the bench, delivered a stunning pass to the Hungarian midfielder after making a sensational tackle to retrieve the ball.

But before his cross, he lost the ball. The moment of Nunez sums him up in a nutshell.

Nunez's tackle on Jayden Bogle was checked by VAR but he was cleared of any wrongdoing as Szoboszlai's goal stood.

The 24-year-old failed to get on the score-sheet, though he grabbed an assist in his side's victory.

He has seven goals to his name in 20 games in all competitions this season.
