Brothers Alexis and Kevin Mac Allister gave a rare joint interview and it's already the best of the season.

The pair came up against each other during Liverpool's Europa League clash against Royale Union Saint-Gilloise.

The Reds snatched a 2-0 victory thanks to goals from Ryan Gravenberch and Diogo Jota, as Jurgen Klopp's side returned to winning ways in Europe.

But while it was a hard-fought contest on the pitch, it was all love between the Mac Allister brothers at full-time, as they gave a heartfelt double interview after the game.

You can listen to what they had to say below.

"It was really nice for the family, very emotional," Alexis told TNT Sports. "I've played against my older brother before but never against Kevin - it was special. My dad was here too, he knows what it means, he cried a little bit."

Kevin added: "He was the reason I suffer today, but it was a very special moment. Of course, Liverpool, maybe in the last match, come to Belgium and we can get revenge maybe.

Asked whether they will swap shirts after the game, Alexis joked: "I don't know if he wants a shirt from another player!"
