Kylian Mbappe scores outrageous long-range goal for France against Netherlands

Kylian Mbappe bagged a brace against the Netherlands.

Kylian Mbappe produced a moment of magic as he scored a stunning goal for France against the Netherlands in a Euro 2024 qualifier.

Mbappe opened the scoring in the seventh minute, then bagged another just after the break in sensational fashion.

He played a blistering one-two with Adrien Rabiot, who teed up the Paris Saint-Germain superstar.

He glided to the ball and smashed a terrific, curled strike into the back of the net.

Dutch keeper Bart Verbruggen had absolutely no chance in stopping Mbappe's thunderous effort.

France's 2-1 victory over the Netherlands sees them book their spot at Euro 2024 next summer.

And they have their captain to thank as the 24-year-old delivered a stellar outing in Amsterdam.

What's more, he becomes the first player since Marcel Desailly in 1999 to have won each of his first six matches as France skipper.

Mbappe also surpassed Michel Platini as France's fourth all-time scorer. He now has 42 goals for his country and is just 12 goals behind leading scorer Olivier Giroud.
