Hulk is having second child with his ex-wife's niece, says it was initially kept a secret

Hulk took to social media to confirm their second child together.

Hulk has announced he's having a second child with his ex-wife's niece.

The 37-year-old, who made his name at Porto, took to social media this week to announce the new baby.

The couple welcomed their first child in April 2022, with a second baby expected following the pregnancy of Camila Angelo.

Camila, who's the niece of Hulk's ex-wife, began dating the former Brazil star in 2019 - only five months after he split from Iran Angelo.

On Instagram, he said they are expecting their second child together.

"Dropping by to thank you for the countless messages I have been receiving about my wife's pregnancy. Another son, another blessing that God gave me," he wrote.

Hulk also revealed why the pair have kept Camila’s pregnancy a secret until now.

“My children didn't know until now and I had agreed with my wife to tell them when I picked them up to spend the holidays with me, only on the 16th,” he explained.

“I told them the news, they were very happy. I knew they would tell other people and those people would pass it on to someone. I knew it was going to leak.”

He will now become a dad-of-five, alongside his children with ex-wife Iran; Ian, 14, Thiago, 12, and nine-year-old Alice.

He has one-year-old Zaya with Camila.

His relationship with his ex-wife's niece initially caused a stir, with Camila forced to delete her social media accounts after she was targeted by trolls over her being in a romance with her aunt's ex-husband.

Hulk, meanwhile, is still going strong in his late thirties as he plies his trade at Brazilian club Atletico Mineiro, where he has been at since 2021 following his move from Shanghai SIPG.

He's scored an impressive 95 goals since returning to his home country, having scored 30 goals in all competitions this season.
