John Terry has fired back at a fan after he was branded as 'unqualified' in a debate for the next Chelsea manager.
Chelsea are on the hunt for a new manager after parting ways with Enzo Maresca last Thursday.
Despite leading the club to Club World Cup glory in the summer, Maresca was let go as the 'main issue' behind his departure has emerged.
Chelsea are believed to be in talks with Liam Rosenior, who is currently in charge of Strasbourg, who share the same owners (BlueCo) as the Premier League side.
Several other names have been linked with the vacancy at Stamford Bridge, including club legend Terry, who enjoyed a glittering spell with the Blues as a player.
Richard Keys put forward Terry's name as a candidate, saying: "If I’m a Chelsea fan I want to see JT given a go.
"He’s a Chelsea man to the core - has served time elsewhere & there’s no reason he can’t do what Lampard is doing at Coventry - with better tools."

One social media user called the 45-year-old 'unqualified'.
On Instagram, a user wrote: "Terry isn't qualified."
Terry caught wind of the comment and responded to the remark by defending his managerial resume, which includes a stint at Aston Villa.
"I have every qualification going, I have three years coaching experience in the Premier League with Aston Villa," he wrote.
"On top of that nobody is more Chelsea than me, for us to be top again we need a top manager as yes that would rule me out but please don't say I'm under qualified!"

John Terry was in 'complete shock' at Enzo Maresca's Chelsea departure
Maresca's departure at Chelsea shocked Terry, who couldn't believe the news.
He claims he 'didn't see it coming' and spoke out on the 'tension' between the Italian and the board.
"Enzo Maresca has just been sacked by Chelsea and to be honest I’m completely shocked, I didn’t see it coming," said Terry on his official TikTok account. "I know things of late haven’t been how he would like. You can see and hear that there’s been tension.
"I’ve had so many phone calls this morning after the news and everyone expects me to know what’s happening. I haven’t got a clue what’s happening. I’m not involved in the first team so I don’t know.
"Just my opinion from afar, there’s clearly been tension between the manager and the owner and they’ve come to this decision.
"It’s a big shock because rewind three or four weeks ago and we were playing so well against Barcelona. It was so good and fast forward four weeks and form and performances clearly haven’t been good enough.
"I think the squad, the manager is inexperienced himself. It was his first full-time job in the top-flight and he has said how he’s still learning and how he’s got some things wrong at times.
"But I will say there’s always two sides to the story and there’s certainly things behind the scenes that I don’t know about. I just hear rumblings like everyone else does."
