Chelsea fans can't believe what Ben Chilwell said during his post-match interview after Wolves defeat

Ben Chilwell spoke to Sky Sports following Chelsea's defeat to Wolves.

Ben Chilwell's post-match interview following Chelsea's crushing defeat to Wolves has NOT been received well among their fans.

Chelsea suffered another Premier League setback as they were badly beaten at home to Wolves on Sunday.

The visitors ran out 4-2 winners, with Matheus Cunha bagging a stunning hat-trick.

Raheem Sterling was booed off the pitch as Chelsea and Wolves fans joined forces to sing a derogatory song aimed at Mauricio Pochettino.

Thiago Silva's wife made her feelings clear after the result, appearing to call for Pochettino to be sacked.

And Chilwell's post-match interview left Chelsea fans unimpressed as they slammed their captain.

After the game, he said Wolves 'wanted it more' which didn't go down well among Chelsea fans on social media.

One X user exclaimed: "Stealing a living at Chelsea. Can't believe he's making Baba Rahman look like a really good player. Horrible, horrible player."

A second fumed: "This is when true leader stand up and get stuck into their fellow players. Chelsea don’t have any leaders and that’s a massive part of the problem."

A third wrote: "One of the worst things you could say. YOU should want it more."

A fourth added: "Funny excuse. Why should they want it more than you guys."

Another said: "He’s absolutely pathetic. A real basic assessment of the game. Unsurprising."

Pressure is mounting on Pochettino, who has now led the Blues to 10 league defeats this season.

Speaking after the fixture, he said: "I think we are all not good enough. At the moment this is the reality. Myself, also. What we are showing today is we are not good enough. We didn't manage the situation properly.

"No-one can be safe, no? I don't want to come here and say I'm the best. At the moment, we are not matching the history of the club, that is true. We need to accept and be critical. We will not give up."
