PSG president Nasser al Khelaifi has confirmed that all 600 of the club's staff will each receive a reward following progression to the Champions League final.
The Ligue 1 champions defeated Arsenal 3-1 on aggregate over two legs to reach their first Champions League final in five years.
Luis Enrique's side will take on Inter Milan in Munich on May 31 as they look to lift the trophy for the first time in the club's history.

The likes of Ousmane Dembele, Gianluigi Donnarumma, Nuno Mendes and Achraf Hakimi have all played significant roles in the route to the final, with PSG notably hitting a fine run of form after the turn of the year.
Now, president Al Khelaifi has written a personal letter to each member of the club's 600-strong staff, confirming that they will also be rewarded for PSG reaching the showpiece event.
Each staff member will receive free tickets and travel to Munich, and will receive a share of the performance bonus pot which is usually reserved for first team players only.
The letter, published on social media by Sky Sports reporter Kaveh Solhekol, reads: "The philosophy and success of our Club is founded on the sum of our collective efforts - from our players on the pitch, to our coaching and technical staff, and all our people across every department at Paris Saint-Germain.
