The top 50 biggest derbies in world football officially ranked with heated rivalry top

The top 50 biggest derbies in the football world have been ranked and one fierce rivalry came out on top.

Football fans around the world will always look forward to derby day as they look to get one over their biggest rivals.

In English football, Manchester United vs Manchester City, Liverpool vs Manchester United and Arsenal vs Tottenham Hotspur are some of the biggest matches on the football calendar.

Back in 2021, the popular football magazine FourFourTwo decided to rank the world's biggest derbies and see which came out on top.

Their one rule on the list is that teams can only be included once, which means Manchester United could only have one of Manchester City or Liverpool as their 'mortal enemy'.
