Arsenal have received a 'package deal' from the same club for two of their players - in a move that could end up sparking a major transfer domino effect.
The Gunners' £75 million signing of Newcastle captain Bruno Guimaraes on Saturday has taken their summer transfer spending over £125 million.
Some of that spending has been recouped via sales, with just short of £40 million coming into the club for Leandro Trossard, Jakub Kiwior and Christian Norgaard.
In terms of further incomings, Arsenal have been forced to look for alternatives for Vinicius Junior, who agreed a new six-year contract with Real Madrid having entered the final 12 months of his existing deal.

The Independent's Miguel Delaney reports that the Gunners have shortlisted Atletico Madrid's Julian Alvarez, Everton's Iliman Ndiaye and Paris Saint-Germain's Bradley Barcola as potential options.

But Mikel Arteta's side may have no choice but to speed up a move for a new attacker if they sanction a 'package deal' offered by Turkish Super Lig giants Galatasaray.
Arsenal pair set for Emirates exit door?
According to Turkish journalist Haluk Yurekli (via Sport Witness), Galatasaray have lodged offers to sign the Arsenal pair of Ethan Nwaneri and Gabriel Martinelli.
Nwaneri, 19, spent the second half of last season on loan at Ligue 1 side Marseille, with Arteta having allowed him to leave in search of more game time.
The Gunners academy graduate can play in midfield and also out wide. He has started all three of Arsenal's pre-season friendlies this summer, scoring in the 3-2 Emirates Cup loss to Borussia Dortmund on Sunday.
Martinelli, meanwhile, has been consistently linked with a move away from the Emirates Stadium this summer.
He has featured from the bench in two of Arsenal's three friendlies, owing to his involvement in this summer's World Cup with Brazil.
The Gunners signed left-sided attacker Christos Tzolis from Club Brugge to compete with Martinelli and replace Trossard, who left for Turkish side Besiktas.

But their pursuit of Vinicius Junior indicates that Arsenal are not totally against allowing Martinelli, 25, to leave the club if the right offer comes along.
Italian outlet Correire dello Sport have reported that Roma are interested in signing the Brazilian for between £34-£38 million, which could exceed Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain's £35 million move to Liverpool as the club's record sale.
Martinelli is represented by Roc Nation who, notably, are the same agency that represent Vinicius Junior.
Arsenal will reportedly not sell Martinelli, as per football.london, unless they sign a new left-sided attacker in the closing weeks of the transfer window.
This year's transfer deadline is on September 1 in England, giving clubs just under three weeks to finalise their squads for the opening part of the 2026/27 campaign.
