Arsenal brutally mocked for what they did in training before Bournemouth game

Mikel Arteta has used some interesting tactics ahead of the game.

Arsenal have once again come under fire for their bizarre training methods ahead of their Premier League clash with Bournemouth.

On Saturday afternoon, Arsenal have a chance to get their season back on track following a dip in form in recent weeks as they host Bournemouth at the Emirates Stadium.

Although they picked up a 1-0 away at Sporting in the Champions League earlier this week, the Gunners have struggled recently, losing to Manchester City in the Carabao Cup final before being knocked out of the FA Cup by Southampton.

All of a sudden, Arsenal fans' hopes of a historic quadruple have been shattered, so the focus will once again shift to finally winning the Premier League title after several years of coming painfully close.

A win over Bournemouth is essential for Mikel Arteta's side head of a potentially title-deciding fixture against City at the Etihad next weekend.

Therefore, fans were not exactly impressed when footage of the Arsenal squad training for the match against Andoni Iraola's squad while listening to AI TikTok edits went viral online.

After listing the names of the squad while playing highlights, the song chants: "Make it happen, North London forever! We are The Arsenal!"

It's not the first time this week that Arsenal have used unconventional training methods this week after the players were spotted balancing a ball between their heads and pens between their fingers ahead of the Champions League meeting with Sporting.

And, as was the case midweek, it's safe to say that fans aren't impressed.

Reacting to the footage, one fan wrote on X: "This is the most Arsenal video I’ve ever seen."

While another added: "This is how you guys will lose the premier league. You’re over doing things. Keep it simple stupid!"

With another asking: "Why are they using AI slop in training?"

It remains to be seen if the training methods will pay off and hand Arsenal a win over Bournemouth, but if it does it will take them 12 points clear of City, who will have two games in hand.

City travel to Stamford Bridge to face Chelsea in their next fixture on Sunday afternoon.
