Manchester United Fans Are Getting Emotional Over A Farewell Tribute To Jesse Lingard

Manchester United fans are getting emotional over a goodbye tribute to academy graduate Jesse Lingard.
Lingard has been on the fringes of United's squad over the last 18 months and is close to joining West Ham United on loan.
He is unlikely to play for the Red Devils again and the summer will likely end a 21 year association with the club.
@nottreal has put together a fitting goodbye for the 28-year-old, who remains an important player in United's modern history

It begins with showing Lingard as a child in the youth system, before moving on to show his mistakes at United.
But it quickly switches to some of his best moments since breaking into the first team in 2015.
The England international scored the winner in 2016's FA Cup final while also netting in the 2017 Carabao Cup final, both at Wembley.
Lingard also had a knack for pulling out big performances against Arsenal - riling Gunners fans with dancing celebrations.

A trip to the Emirates Stadium in 2019 saw him 'Moonwalk' across the turf and tag the ground as his 'dancefloor' following the game.
Despite being a key player during Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's time as interim manager, Lingard found opportunities hard to come by once the Norwegian became permanent boss.
Lingard started nine times in the Premier League last season and has been limited to cup appearances this campaign.

Fans have reacted to Lingard's imminent departure and they're hoping he rediscovers his best form.
One fan commented: "He's such a talented footballer but has 0 Confidence. He could have been one our best players today, thank you Jesse and I serious wish you nothing but the best!!"
A second added: "He gets a lot stick, rightfully so at times but you have to respect the love and effort he's given this club. Good luck at West Ham lad, hopefully it works out for you and United."

A third stated: "He had some good moments for Man united, a lot of people forget that."
Another simply said: "United will always be grateful for Jesse Lingard."
Do you think Jesse Lingard will be a good signing for West Ham?
