Bruno Fernandes has had an unreal impact in his first 12 months at Manchester United - and his highlights show how he's lit up Old Trafford with his skills.

When the Portuguese playmaker joined at the end of January 2020, Man United were sixth in the Premier League table - a massive 37 points behind leaders Liverpool and below Sheffield United.

But in just 12 months, Fernandes has scored 28 goals, delivered 17 assists and totally revitalised the Red Devils' attack with his leadership, link-up play and exceptional ability on the ball.

"Our strikers should be clinical and do justice to his magnificent assists," commented one United fan, who believes that Bruno's impressive stats should be even higher given the chances he creates.

"Pure class, he's the best player in the Prem right now," responded another.

"He's got eyes everywhere," pointed out one supporter. "In front, at the side of his head, even at the back. Seems like he sees an aerial view of the pitch while playing. Crazy talent. More years of glory."

A year on from Bruno's £47 million move from Sporting CP, Manchester United now sit second in the Premier League, one point off leaders Manchester City and above champions Liverpool.

As well as his flair and passing ability, the 26-year-old has impressed by showing a desire to take responsibility. Right from his debut against Wolves, Fernandes was orchestrating play - and fans have said he's had an almost Eric Cantona like impact in terms of his on-pitch influence.

He's been given captaincy duty by manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and recently silenced fans who claimed he doesn't perform in the biggest games by firing in a late free-kick to give his side a 3-2 FA Cup victory over Liverpool.

Set pieces, through-balls, sublime touches, attacking runs and - yes - penalties. Bruno Fernandes has delivered the lot for United in his first 12 months.

And it seems as though he's just getting started.
