Following Danny Welbeck's horrific injury in Arsenal's Europa League tie against Sporting Lisbon, support flooded in from around the football world.
Welbeck suffered the injury in the 25th minute when jumping to meet a Stephan Lichtsteiner cross, but then proceeded to land awkwardly on his ankle.
The England international received oxygen on the pitch and had his leg placed in a protective brace as he was taken from the Emirates pitch.
Sporting Lisbon winger Nani, one of Welbeck's old Manchester United team-mates, was one of the first on the pitch to offer support to Welbeck.
Teammates past and present tweeted their support for the 27-year-old, including his old club Manchester United.
It is wretched luck for Welbeck who had been named in Gareth Southgate's England squad early Thursday afternoon.

However, the most poignant post of support has come from former Gunner Santi Cazorla.
Cazorla will know more than anyone how it feels to recover from serious injury.
Last year, the former Malaga man opened up about his horrific Achilles injury which led to the Spaniard fearing he may lose his foot.

Cazorla, who won two FA Cups with the Gunners, is still fondly remembered by Arsenal fans.

Per Sky Sports, the Spaniard fears a 'serious injury'.
"Every injury is different. He broke something in his ankle and it's a different injury than another.
"Now he's at the hospital and the news is at the moment we are going to wait, but we think this is a serious injury."
We wish Danny Welbeck the best in his recovery.
