The Portugal international, signed from Benfica for over £60 million in September, has quickly found his feet in City's improving backline.
And - with Virgil van Dijk injured - many are saying he's the best defender currently active in England's top flight.
"Ruben Dias has fully transformed Manchester City's defence, the media won't give him the praise he deserves but he's been unbelievable since joining," said one football fan on Twitter.
"Ruben Dias is playing at the back, City just have to score a goal per match to win the league," joked another.

The 23-year-old has certainly looked assured and comfortable in his first season playing outside of the Portuguese league. All the more impressive as it often takes defenders time to adapt to the challenges of the Premier League.
However he's instantly helped shore up City's defence since he came into the side for a 1-1 draw against Leeds.
Pep Guardiola's team had been known for leaking goals last season but this term they have the Premier League's best defensive record: just 13 goals conceded in 15 matches.
Against Chelsea, Dias was the defender with the most clearances (six), blocks (four) and recoveries (three).
He also kept Timo Werner, the German international forward who is struggling to adapt to England's top flight, very quiet.
"It's time you all accept Ruben Dias is a top-three CB in the world," said one fan on Twitter. "You can't name three CBs better than him on current form and impact."
