Manchester United legend Patrice Evra laced his boots up again, this time for Brentham FC, a club in the English 11th tier of football as a left-winger.

Patrice Evra is one of the best players of all-time at the left back position.

Playing for the likes of AS Monaco, Juventus, Nice, and predominantly Manchester United, Evra won 21 trophies including nine league titles and a Champions League winners' medal.

However, the Frenchman who hung his boots up in 2019 was caught playing for a new club.

Brentham FC who see themselves in the Middlesex County League which is the 11th tier of English football.

Evra played for them in their recent loss to North Greenford United 3-2. The Frenchman saw himself donning the #11 shirt and operating as a left-winger, a bit higher up than the position he was famous for.

The Manchester United legend even reacted to it on his Twitter account saying he wore #11 and told Ryan Giggs not to worry about him taking the #11 and that he honoured it properly.

It was also an incredibly special day for Stan Cargill who replaced Evra in the game and took his great admiration and praise for the Frenchman to Twitter.

Cargill said it isn't everyday you come on for a Champions League winner.

What do you think of Patrice Evra's 'new career' as a left-winger for Brentham FC?
