The Fantasy Football League Show returns to our screens with ludicrous footballing opinions, famous faces and all the information you need to win your fantasy football league.

The show that we all know and love returned at the start of the season but like the Premier League, took a break over the winter. Every Friday at 10pm on Sky Max you can watch comedians Matt Lucas and Elis James as hosts with Andrew Mensah joining the fun from the desk as the guys help you with your FPL team.

Matt and Elis have already been joined by faces such as AJ Tracey, Mo Farah and Tom Grennan. They’re on the show to discuss their own fantasy teams and affiliation with football including Mo Farah making important changes to his fantasy team just minutes before competing at the Rio Olympics. The guys will be joined by even more famous faces throughout the series such as Gabby Logan, Guz Khan and Russell Howard.

This is your hub for all things fantasy football. If you’re struggling in the league with your mates, celebrity FPL managers and experts will help you climb the table. Whether you’re currently leading your league or trying to make up the points, this is the show for you. Whilst everyone is captaining the impressive Erling Haaland, points from the so called ‘variables’ such as Ivan Toney and Aleksandar Mitrovic will be crucial this season.

Fans may remember the original Fantasy Football League show that was hosted by Frank Skinner and David Baddiel, with the final episode airing 18 years ago. The newer version of the show includes some of the famous segments such as Phoenix from the Flames and The Big Hello.

The comedy show also features sketches with famous and infamous goals recreated such as Darren Bent’s famous beach ball goal, with their own spin on the goal where Matt Lucas becomes the inflatable in the recreation.

Alongside these sketches, the duo pick out funny moments that happened over the past week in the footballing world including incredible own goals and funny interview moments. Think of the show as a late night Soccer Am.

To celebrate the return of Fantasy Football League, we’ve made an interactive AR (Augmented Reality) penalty shootout for you to play. Score points whilst shooting a football at the famous faces that you’ll see on this season’s Fantasy Football League. You’ll also get asked questions whilst playing to give your opinions about fantasy football. Head over to Instagram to play. The score to beat is 35!
