Fernandez is a superstar in the making and he received a whole lot of attention from Panama players following last night's match.
After the final whistle, not one but THREE players surrounded the midfielder as they fought over his match-worn shirt.
The 22-year-old saw the funny side of the exchange as the Panama players spoke amongst each other as they battled for his shirt.
Fans online loved the interaction between Fernandez and the Panama players.
One Twitter user wrote: "22 years old and Enzo Fernandez had three players fighting for his shirt at full time, he’s just built differently."
A second tweeted: "Panama players fighting over who gets Enzo Fernandez’s shirt, we call this aura ladies and gentlemen."
A third added: "Three Panama's players fighting for Enzo Fernandez's shirt after their Match against Argentina. I'm glad we have him."
A fourth said: "We have a global superstar at the Chels."
Another commented: "Already the best young midfielder."
Chelsea, meanwhile, are unbeaten in four matches in all competitions, having suffered three losses on the bounce.
One of their victories includes a 3-1 win at Leicester City, with Graham Potter singling out Fernandez's display in the middle of the park.
"He’s a fantastic player and a young player," Potter said. "He’ll get better and better as he plays with us more. Because he has just arrived from another country and another league so you always have to adapt to that.
"You can see his quality, he gets the ball and passes forward, he is progressing with his mentality and he gets the team moving and gives everything.
"It’s a nice combination to have."
