Enzo Fernandez surrounded by THREE Panama players as they hilariously fought over his shirt

Enzo Fernandez was surrounded by THREE Panama players following their game against Argentina as they hilariously fought over his shirt.

Fernandez, who impressed at the 2022 World Cup, starred as Argentina beat Panama 2-0 in a friendly on Thursday - their first game since their triumph in Qatar last year.

His performances at the World Cup saw him garner plenty of interest, with Chelsea snapping him up for a staggering £107 million.

He's an extremely talented player and has shown a glimpse of what he can offer to the Blues, having joined in January.

Fernandez is a superstar in the making and he received a whole lot of attention from Panama players following last night's match.

After the final whistle, not one but THREE players surrounded the midfielder as they fought over his match-worn shirt.

The 22-year-old saw the funny side of the exchange as the Panama players spoke amongst each other as they battled for his shirt.

One of their victories includes a 3-1 win at Leicester City, with Graham Potter singling out Fernandez's display in the middle of the park.

"He’s a fantastic player and a young player," Potter said. "He’ll get better and better as he plays with us more. Because he has just arrived from another country and another league so you always have to adapt to that.

"You can see his quality, he gets the ball and passes forward, he is progressing with his mentality and he gets the team moving and gives everything.

"It’s a nice combination to have."
