Woman Upgraded To Business Class Travel After Getting Mistaken For England Hero Chloe Kelly

Not a bad perk.

A woman was mistaken for England hero Chloe Kelly and had her travel upgraded to business class. You can check out the video below.

The Lionesses won Euro 2022 on Sunday after a 2-1 victory over Germany in the final and it was Kelly who scored the winner in extra time.

She and her teammates have been treated like heroes ever since and one woman managed to benefit despite not being in Sarina Wiegman's squad.

TikTok user Sophie shared a video of herself in business class alongside the caption: "So I got a free upgrade to business because the air hostess thought I was Chloe Kelly."

Sophie is asked what she'd like for her lunch as she holds a giant menu, and she replies: "I don't know how this all works."

The air hostess then asks Sophie, who was wearing an England shirt, if she was playing the other night.

Sophie decided to be honest and gave up the ruse.

"You look like the girl who scored," the air hostess said, something she took as a 'massive compliment'.

"That's the best compliment you could possibly ever give me that," Sophie said.

She then shared another clip of herself looking very amused that she captioned: "Is this what it's like to be Chloe Kelly?!?"

England took the lead just past the hour mark through Ella Toone's delightful chip.

Lina Magull equalised with 11 minutes to go, before Kelly popped up in the second half of extra time to make history.

Speaking to BBC Sport after her Wembley showing, Manchester City star Kelly beamed: "It is huge and I hope people now see it as just football, everyone is included.

"We are just enjoying ourselves and playing the game everyone loves.

"It's massive and women's empowerment is huge; this summer has been excellent for that and has shaped the future for us as well."
