Fans have been speculating about Cristiano Ronaldo’s future after the Portuguese’s latest Instagram post.

Ronaldo made a big money move to the Middle East back in January when he signed for Saudi Arabian side Al Nassr.

Despite a promising start with his new team, things haven’t been running as smoothly as Ronaldo would have wanted in recent weeks.

Recently, Al Nassr have lost ground in the race for the Saudi Professional League and were knocked out of the King’s Cup by Al Wehda.

Last week, there were rumours that Ronaldo could leave the club in the summer transfer window.

On Wednesday, the five-time Ballon d’Or winner’s latest Instagram post has got fans talking.

Ronaldo posted a picture of himself wearing an Al Nassr cap on his story, fans were quick to react on social media.

Another tweeted: “Ronaldo took it to Instagram to literally call the day off for those media's posting rumours about him leaving Al Nassr.”

A third fan added: “Cristiano Ronaldo on Instagram. Yup, he's not going anywhere.”

Someone else wrote: “Cristiano Ronaldo just posted this selfie on Instagram. Perhaps a statement to the rumours of him wanting out of Al-Nassr and where his commitment lies at the current moment in time.”

However, a Manchester United said: “He also wore Man Utd training shorts in the gym, he left a week later lol.”

Last week, Ronaldo opened the scoring as Al Nassr recorded a much-needed 4-0 win over Al Raed in the Saudi Professional League.

After the match, Ronaldo uploaded a picture of him celebrating with his teammates, with a caption that said: “Great win, well done team! Special Thanks to the fans for being incredible as always.”
