Chelsea fans have been left embarrassed after the Premier League revealed a damning statistic about Enzo Fernandez and their away form on their official Twitter account.

The club have recently parted ways with former boss Graham Potter, just seven months after the tactician left Brighton and Hove Albion to take on the role at Stamford Bridge.

With Chelsea dwelling in the bottom half of the table following their recent 2-0 loss to Aston Villa in the last round of Premier League fixtures, owner Todd Boehly made the decision to cut his losses with Potter and reinstate club legend Frank Lampard for the remainder of the season.

Their struggles throughout the 2022/23 campaign have been clear for everyone to see but have now been emphasised after the Premier League took to their official Twitter account to embarrass the club and their form away from home. The tweet itself can be seen below.

Fernandez, 22, arrived at the club in the January transfer window after capturing the attention of the footballing world with a number of impressive performances across Argentina's World Cup-winning campaign back in December. Although only being at the club for a matter of weeks, the midfielder has contributed more goals away from home than any other player in blue. Highlighting the struggles the team have encountered during the transitionary period under Potter.
