Aston Villa Goalkeeper Emi Martinez Had The Best Celebration After Argentina Win

Argentina's win over Colombia made it very difficult for their rivals to qualify for the World Cup and Martinez celebrated wildly.

Emi Martinez provided the perfect s**thouse celebration to Argentina's World Cup qualifying win over Colombia on Tuesday night.

Argentina have already guaranteed their place in this winter's World Cup, along with rivals Brazil, leaving just two places left to automatically qualify for the tournament in Qatar.

However it hasn't stopped the South American champions, who won the Copa America last summer with Lionel Messi winning his first international silverware, from trying in their games.

On Tuesday, they put one of the final nails in the coffin of Colombia's dream of joining their rivals in Qatar, as Inter Milan striker Lautaro Martinez scored the only goal of the game.

It was Aston Villa keeper Martinez who took home the man of the match award, and he deserved it for his s**thousery if nothing else.

Whilst Colombia goalkeeper Camilo Vargas was doing his post match interview, Martinez snuck into shot and celebrated with the Copa America trophy in front of the Argentina fans.

The win was the former Arsenal keeper's 16th game between the sticks for his country and they are yet to lose a single game that he's played.

Along with Brazil, they are unbeaten in the qualifying campaign and are already headed to Qatar, despite having three games yet to play in the group.

Colombia on the other hand are in a bad position. Reinaldo Rueda's side's loss to their rivals means they are currently seventh in the group, and they only have two games left.

They can still mathematically qualify automatically but with just four teams going into the World Cup without needing a play off it remains unlikely.

There's a good possibility Colombia, who have made it to the knockout stages of the previous two tournaments, will not even make the play off, as they sit four points behind fifth place Peru, with Chile also in between the teams.

The only good news for the team is that their final two games are against Bolivia and Venezuela, two of the three teams below them in the group.

Martinez won't really care if Colombia qualify of course but, if he's still celebrating with the Copa America trophy six months after winning it, Argentina's rivals might want to watch how long they celebrate with the World Cup trophy should they win it in December.
