Arsenal Fans Are Going To Extreme Lengths To 'Confirm' Alexander Isak’s Transfer

Arsenal Fans Are Going To Extreme Lengths To 'Confirm' Alexander Isak’s Transfer

Deadline day is approaching and Gunners fans are willing a striker over the line...

Arsenal fans are so desperate for the club to sign Alexander Isak, they're tracking his movements around London. Check it out below.

The Gunners are in need of a new striker and have been linked with Real Sociedad forward Isak throughout January.

Mikel Arteta's side have scored just one goal in 2022 so far and the lack of transfer activity is starting to get to supporters.

It's gotten to the point they're now tracking Isak's movements in London with teammate Adnan Januzaj.

Isak was filmed at The Good Egg in Soho and Januzaj uploaded a picture to Instagram showing the duo in England.

If you think that's where the sleuthing ended, you must be new around here.

@ArsenalAnoop found a car, believed to be Isak's, registered in the UK in January 2022.

Social media has reacted to Arsenal fans' new careers as detectives and they're in awe at the lengths they're going to.

One commented: "Honestly, give them 15 minutes and access to Google and they’d find out who shot 2Pac."

Another put: "How are they finding this information honestly?"

A third said: "The most shameless fanbase when it comes to transfers and I absolutely love it."

The 22-year-old has scored four goals in La Liga this season as Sociedad battle for a place in the top four.

Despite Arsenal supporters getting giddy, Sociedad remain calm about Isak's situation and won't let him leave for less than £74.5 million, his release clause according to Mundo Deportivo.

The Sweden international would like to play in the Premier League one day and told the Independent in November: "I’m in a good place at the moment, I’m very happy, but one day it would be nice to play in England as well.

"They have six or seven of the biggest clubs in the world, it’s a very high level, and of course one day it would be an alternative.

"Every player wants to be the best version of themselves and reach the highest possible level. I have expectations for myself that I’m trying to fulfil, so we’ll see where the journey takes me in future."

Arsenal were hit with a bitter blow on Friday when long-term target Dusan Vlahovic joined Juventus from Fiorentina.

In terms of outgoings, Arteta is willing to let former captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang leave this month and Barcelona are interested.
