Every Formula 1 driver's salary has been revealed which shows a huge disparity between teammates as Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen lead the way.
F1 is probably the most exclusive high-level sport in the world, with only 20 drivers in the entire grid.
Alongside this, each and every one of them has had to succeed in a highly competitive (and expensive) karting career which can start as early as age 4.
With so few drivers within the sport, as well the extreme amounts of money needed to fund such a technical sport it's no surprise those lucky and skilled enough to drive these cars make a significant amount of money.

Unsurprisingly the two biggest names in the sport have the biggest wallets, but Lewis Hamilton has had to settle for second place as his $45m yearly salary at Mercedes comes up $10m behind the reigning world champion ($55m).
Verstappen will also take home a significant amount from his personal deals with the likes of EA Sports and Heineken, but the Dutchmen might struggle to find time to spend his fortune with a record 24 races this year.
Ferrari's Charles Leclerc sits in third place with a $34m pay packet after signing a long-term extension with the Italian team at the start of the season.
