Luke Littler playing darts against Millie Bobby Brown on Jonathan Ross show is going viral

Darts sensation Luke Littler joined Millie Bobby Brown, Raye and Rob Beckett on the sofa.

Luke Littler's life took another ridiculous turn this weekend when he went up against Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown on The Jonathan Ross Show.

The rise in the number of young people playing darts has been nothing short of remarkable and Littler, who was born in Runcorn and grew up in Warrington, is the main reason behind that surge.

After reaching the World Championship final in January following wins over Raymond van Barneveld and Rob Cross, the teenager has continued to shine on the biggest stage.

He lifted his first senior ranking event at the Bahrain Masters with a win over Michael van Gerwen and recently beat Ryan Searle in the opening Players Championship event.

But perhaps his biggest challenge to date was trying to keep his cool in front of millions.

Littler appeared on Saturday night's The Jonathan Ross Show alongside comedian Rob Beckett, singer-songwriter Raye and Stranger Things star Millie Bobby Brown.

And after speaking about his journey, the 17-year-old was challenged to beat the previously mentioned's combined score on the dart board. You can watch that brilliant segment below.

Here's how fans on social media reacted to the clip.

One said: "We got Luke Littler meeting Millie Bobby Brown before GTA6," while another commented: "The fact he can hit 140 like that with the kind of pressure as a guest star showing his talent is crazy."

A third wrote: "Luke Littler showing Millie Bobby Brown how to play darts, this kid is winning at life."

A fourth added: "To think that Luke Littler has probably lay on the couch at the house eating monster munch watching Stranger Things and now he’s throwing darts with Eleven."

Littler is currently shortlisted as the favourite to win the 2024 Sports Personality of the Year award, ahead of Harry Kane, Jude Bellingham and Ronnie O’Sullivan.

Speaking to SPORTbible last month, the teenager said: "I didn’t even know what [the award] was, I asked my manager and he mentioned it to me!

“But that would just be crazy, after obviously a good year in the World Championship, and changing as much as I've changed for the game.”
