Manchester City travel to Molineux to face Wolves in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

The Premier League champions will be hoping to end the first segment of the new campaign with a win, as the players head in to the first international break of the season.

Wolves have endured somewhat of a difficult start to the season, but will be buoyed by the signing of Diego Costa in recent days.

However, the new forward at Molineux plays no involvement for the side on Saturday lunchtime.

That will likely come as a relief to Manchester City's defenders, who have struggled at times this season.

Nevertheless, the arrival of Manuel Akanji has proven to be a successful one thus far.

The Swiss international has slotted into Pep Guardiola's defensive line seamlessly, and will look to continue his good form on his Premier League debut.

Manchester City come in to this one off the back of a dramatic night of Champions League action.

Pep Guardiola's side had to recover from a Jude Bellingham opener to score two late on in the match on Wednesday night to defeat Borussia Dortmund 2-1 at the Etihad Stadium.

Goals from John Stones and Erling Haaland put the Blues in a commanding position in their Champions League group.

Ahead of kick-off in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon, both Wolves and Manchester City have confirmed their respective starting line-ups!
