Manchester City's ‘Centurions’ season captured the imagination of fans and pundits across the world.

The current Premier League champions made history, setting a record total of 100 points during the 2017/18 English top-flight campaign.

City also broke a host of other records on their way to becoming the champions of England.

Scoring the highest number of goals (106), recording the most number of wins (32), registering the highest number of points away from home (50) in single season just to name a few, it was nothing short of one of the most unforgettable campaigns in the history of English football.

As a result, Amazon’s documentary - which was part of their infamous ‘All or Nothing' series - was a fascinating insight into how the club runs from top to bottom behind-the-scenes.

Viewers were given an exclusive sneak peek into Pep Guardiola’s tactical discussions, the side’s training methods and how the players prepared, week in and week out to etch their names into the history books forever.

Similarly, a feature film titled, ‘Together’ - released first on the club's paid subscription service explored how the club operated during their trophy-laden campaign of the 2020/21 season.

‘Together: Champions Again!’ - another fly-on-the-wall style documentary - was also released in late July of this year, capturing how Manchester City retained their domestic crown during the 2021/22 campaign.

As fans have been treated to how the club work behind closed doors, it seems as though another such project may be in the works during the ongoing season.

According to a report by the Daily Mail, a small camera crew is following the Manchester City players and staff during the 2022/23 season - which raises the possibility of the release of yet another such documentary.

It has been claimed that a two-man camera crew followed Pep Guardiola and his players to document their 2-0 victory against West Ham on the opening day of the new Premier League campaign.

Former BBC producer John De Caux and Alex Cuschieri will be filming team talks, behind-the-scenes footage, and player interviews at the club for the entirety of the current season.

In addition, the pair will be given all-access to the first-team building at the City Football Academy training base.

As things stand, the Premier League champions have stressed that they remain unsure about which format the footage will be released, as a final decision will be made in the coming months.

As a result, it is highly possible that another release in the mould of the ‘Together’ series could be broadcast on the club’s subscription-based service that provides exclusive content to fans and all subscribers.

Ultimately, another such release will bring a smile to the subscribers’ faces that are always keen on getting an exclusive insight into how Manchester City operate behind-the-scenes.
