Tyson Fury's first comments on Anthony Joshua's performance against Kristian Prenga

Anthony Joshua secured a second-round knock-out to beat Kristian Prenga in his comeback fight, and Tyson Fury has commentated on the performance of the 2012 Olympic super-heavyweight champion.

The 36-year-old Brit made his return to the ring for the first time after a car crash in December last year near Lagos, Ghana, which claimed the lives of his friends Latif Ayodele and Sina Ghami, while Joshua sustained moderate injuries.

Joshua will have been pleased to have gotten the victory over Prenga as he prepares for the November clash with fellow Brit, Fury; however, there may be concerns from the Watford-born boxer as he was knocked down twice in the first round.

Fury had already secured a victory over Polish fighter Mariusz Wach in Pattaya, Thailand, earlier that weekend in front of 1,500 fans, but there was no live broadcast, as it will be shown in the next season of his docuseries.

By all accounts, the Gypsy King had easily fulfilled his side of the bargain to make this clash with Joshua a massive clash that could set up one of the pair to face off with Oleksandr Usyk to earn the bragging rights of being the best heavyweight boxer in the world.

Fury would have expected Joshua to easily make his way past Prenga, but the shock of the 36-year-old being knocked down twice led to the Manchester-born commenting on his upcoming rival's performance.

He made an Instagram comment on an account that showed the highlights of Joshua’s fight against Prenga, as Fury said: “Wow wtf.”

This comment has already caught the eye of some fans, as at the time of writing it has already got almost 500 likes since he posted it.

Joshua will be sure to not let Fury’s surprise at his performance against Prenga get to him as he aims to get the bragging rights over the Gypsy King in November.
