Eddie Hall takes full force of a Tommy Fury punch

Eddie Hall takes full force of a Tommy Fury punch

Tommy Fury was invited to hit the former world's strongest man Eddie Hall, and it definitely hurt the strongman quite a bit.

Fury is the 39th best cruiserweight boxer in the world, that's as long as you listen to the WBC's rankings, following his win over Jake Paul last month.

The British boxer was impressive in his win, in as much as he was dominant against a man who'd never fought an actual boxer, but couldn't get the early finish, costing brother Tyson his bet.

Former Love Islander, Tommy, must have been getting fed up with listening to all the excuses from his opponent, following the win in Saudi Arabia, with the 'Problem Child' moaning like one.

Paul even went as far as blaming 'wet dreams' for loss, but it seems more likely that he would 'wet' the bed in a very different sense of the term.

Now Fury is getting on with his life, and was recently in the gym with Hall, who gave him the chance to land a full on whack to the body.

As you can see in the video below, the 35-year-old didn't enjoy the experience too much claiming, "That has really just brought everything up for me," referring to the food he'd previously digested. Fair warning, there's quite a bit of belching going on.

Hall is no stranger to boxing, having himself got in the ring to face a rival, with whom emotions over ran in a long spat across social media.

The 2017 world strongest man had a long running feud with 2018 champion Hafthor Bjornsson, also known as Thor, and they finally met in the ring last year.

It was the man who played 'The Mountain' on Game of Thrones who came out on top that night, winning by unanimous decision.

Following the fight, the Brit said, "Hey guys, obviously you've seen the result. I lost. You know what, I can take things like a man. It is what it is, that’s boxing.

"At the end of the day, I’ve just fought literally the biggest man on the planet in a boxing match. I’d like to see anyone else get the balls and do that.

"It's been a hell of a journey. I've enjoyed it. Hopefully there's a rematch and we get to do business again. Just want to wish everyone out there, stay safe, stay positive, keep moving in life and the most important thing is family."

He may well have found someone who hurt him more than Thor, at least in the ring, with the punch that Fury landed to the body during their meeting.

The undefeated boxer will have his sights set on someone with slightly more pedigree in the sweet science whenever his next fight is, which could be a repeat against Paul.
