Love him or hate him Tyson Fury knows how to create headlines and he knows how to make sure the attention is on him. The heavyweight used praise for Tony Bellew to once again belittle Anthony Joshua.
Tyson Fury may not be your favourite boxer, be it for his in ring style or his out of ring persona, and he may well be your favourite for the same reasons but there's no doubt boxing was a little more boring without him.
The Gypsy King is now back in the ring and has had two fights already but is now preparing to take on Deontay Wilder, one of the two undefeated world champions in the the heavyweight division.
Of course Fury would likely argue that with him it's three but he currently holds no belts with Wilder and Anthony Joshua the men holding the gold right now.
Whilst everyone wants to see AJ take on Fury or Wilder it's another British boxer who yesterday announced a huge fight with Tony Bellew announcing that he's dropping back down to cruiserweight to take on unbeaten champion Oleksandr Usyk.
Bellew will once again be second favourite in the fight and Fury took to Twitter to how his respect for the Liverpudlian taking the fight and used to opportunity to once again take aim at AJ:
The position of being underdog is one that Bellew is getting used to. The 35 year old wasn't the favourite when winning the WBC cruiserweight title against Ilunga Makabu or in his two heavyweight bouts against David Haye.
Joshua meanwhile takes on Alexander Povetkin in Wembley next week after his own fight against Wilder couldn't be agreed, with both parties blaming each other.
The 2012 Olympic champion's next fight will also be at Wembley in April with the winner of Wilder and Fury a potential opponent but a rematch with Dillian Whyte seems more likely at this point.
Will AJ vs Wilder ever meet in the ring?
