This will be the former UFC star's first fight since October 2019 when he lost to Demian Maia.
He will make his boxing debut following a successful career in MMA with the 36-year-old set to receive his biggest purse of his career.

But if he decides to get funky and attempts an MMA move against Paul then it could cost him his whole purse.
That's according to his 2-0 opponent, who claims Askren's purse would be forfeited.
"So, a couple of answers to that question, the first one being I don't think the fight will last long enough for him to even think about taking me down," he told MMA Junkie.

"The second being if he does do something like that, his purse is eliminated in the bout agreement.
"So, if he wants to lose all the money for the fight, then sure, then go ahead.
"The third thing is, I'm beating him up in Asics Aggressors which are wrestling shoes, so he's going to get beat up in wrestling shoes, which I think is hilarious."
However, Askren has played down Paul's warning - taking to social media to deny his claim.

He tweeted: "This is false."
There appears to be some confusion over what the actual rules will be on fight night which is just a few days away.
Who takes it? Let us know.
