Tyson Fury’s 16-year-old daughter is essentially blocked from being allowed to get married despite her parents’ approval of her recent engagement.
Tyson, 37, is one of the most successful British heavyweight boxers of all time, having been crowned the unified world heavyweight champion following his shock victory over Ukrainian Wladimir Klitschko in Germany back in 2015.
Following a hiatus, during which he struggled with depression, the Manchester-born boxer once again captured heavyweight gold in 2020, when he defeated Deontay Wilder by technical knockout to secure the WBC and The Ring heavyweight titles.
Since then, the 37-year-old has beaten several big names such as Derek Chisora, Dillian Whyte and Francis Ngannou before sustaining back-to-back defeats to Oleksandr Usyk.

Currently, Tyson is retired from boxing, but a potential comeback has been mooted by Saudi boxing chief Turki Alalshikh.
Aside from boxing, the Morecambe-based fighter is married to Paris, with the pair tying the knot back in November 2008.
He also has seven children - Venezuela, Prince John James, Prince Tyson II, Valencia, Prince Adonis Amaziah, Athena and Rico.
Venezuela turned 16 earlier this week and also got engaged to amateur boxer Noah Price.

Paris shared the moment Price popped the question on social media and explained how both she and Tyson were “proud”.
Accompanying the video, the caption read: "Congratulations to @venezuelafuryofficial and @7noahprice on getting engaged.
"Both only young, but when you know, you know! Still in shock but very happy for you both. Me and your Dad couldn’t be prouder xxx."
And despite the obvious excitement surrounding the engagement, the teenager will have to wait at least two years before she and her partner can officially tie the knot through marriage.

In February 2023, the Marriage and Civil Partnership (Minimum Age) Act 2022 came into force.
According to GOV.UK, it means “16 and 17 year olds will no longer be allowed to marry or enter a civil partnership, even if they have parental consent”.
In UK law, the age of 18 is widely recognised as the point at which one becomes an adult and gains full citizenship rights.
Tyson is well known for his eccentric personality when it comes to boxing, but how is he at home?

Venezuela previously revealed that she and her father have a close relationship despite the fact that he is “very strict”.
"He just doesn't like me wearing makeup and looking nice," she explained in the 2023 Netflix series ‘At Home With The Furys’.
“Strict parents raise sneaky kids," the teenager joked.
Meanwhile, Paris described her eldest daughter as “12 going on 20” at the time.

Paris explained: “We can get along like a house on fire, but then, in the next breath, she hates me and she hates life and she hates her outfit. I think that's just the teenage drama you get with kids."
