The retired boxer's reactions to the trial were too extreme to be shown.

I'm A Celebrity bosses were forced to cut parts of Tony Bellew's recent trial as the former professional boxer took up too much screen time.

Bellew was up against alongside fellow campmate Nigel Farage for the trial, which involved drinking a variety of disgusting pints.

The former MP blew fans away with the ease of how he completed the challenge, actually jokingly asking for refill for one of the pints.

Bellew on the other hand faired much worse, with the Everton fan struggling to keep the drinks down which made more tough viewing for those at home.

The Liverpudlian's reactions actually resulted in ITV having to cut a lot of the footage from the trial.

"He spewed a lot more than what we showed on camera. We couldn't show it all but at one point he was on all fours in the corner being sick," I'm a Celebrity co-host Ant McPartlin shared (via The Sun).

The challenge was named 'Drown your Sorrows' and the pints had ingredients such as vomit fruit, apparently named very literally, as well as blended snails and sheep brain.

Bellew ended up throwing up in a bucket between drinks but sent a strong message to voters at home.

"Understand it's not hurting me doing this, so keep voting," Bellew told the camera during the trial.

Ant later shared more details of the former Cruiserweight champion's tribulations during the trial via instagram.

"He spewed a lot more than what we showed on camera. We couldn't show it all but at one point he was on all fours in the corner being sick," added McPartlin.

"The thing you don't know about these challenges is, they take a long time to film."

Fans of the show were a mixture of impressed and disgusted with Bellew's performance.

"Tony Bellew is an absolute machine in this trial," one viewer commented on social media.

Another stated: "This is absolutely disgusting to watch."
