Anthony Joshua's stunning fight purse for Otto Wallin and Deontay Wilder double-header revealed

Anthony Joshua is set to earn a career-high purse for his double-header.

Anthony Joshua's eye-watering fight purse for his blockbuster double-header against Otto Wallin and Deontay Wilder has been revealed.

Joshua and Wilder are on collision course for a monstrous showdown in Saudi Arabia next year.

They both need to win their respective fights against Wallin and Joseph Parker on the stacked 'Day of Reckoning' card on Saturday to set up a massive meeting.

'AJ' takes on Wallin, who gave Tyson Fury a scare in their 2019 fight. The Swedish heavyweight enters the bout having won six fights in a row, which includes a big win over Murat Gassiev.

If he beats Wallin, then a bout against Wilder is slated for March 9, 2024, with the Brit in line to earn a huge purse.

According to Wilder, Joshua is set to pocket a whopping £40 million for his next two fights.

Speaking last month, 'The Bronze Bomber' said via The Sun: "I don’t think he is scared of me but the people around him are.

"Maybe there is some fear in him but we are in a business where we all risk our lives.

"The sport and the dangers get under your skin so I understand that side."

The former WBC world heavyweight title holder added: "But everyone will get in the ring for the right price, especially when there is over $50m on the table.

"Everything is going in the right direction now and the fight will happen. The time is finally here and people are going to get what they have wanted for years."

Joshua's reported £40 million purse for his double-header against Wallin and Wilder would be his career-high purse.

He bagged £15 million for his Wembley Stadium clash against Wladimir Klitschko and earned £16.3 million when he rematched Oleksandr Usyk.

The 34-year-old, who once held the WBA (super), IBF and WBO world titles, is on a two-fight winning streak, having beaten Jermaine Franklin and Robert Helenius.
