Boxing viewers have the same complaint after watching Liam Gallagher's live performance before Joshua vs Dubois

Viewers watching the Anthony Joshua vs Daniel Dubois fight have made the same complaint after Liam Gallagher performed ahead of the bout.

On Saturday night, two of British boxing’s biggest names Joshua and Dubois will go head to head at Wembley for the IBF belt.

Prior to the main event, one half of the famous band Oasis, Liam Gallagher performed for the crowd.

However, fans were not too happy with the performance as they made the same complaint.

Reacting on social media, one fan said: “Liam Gallagher sounds like someone trying to do Liam Gallagher.... badly.”

Another tweeted: “Watching the boxing and Liam Gallagher performing; I’m glad I didn’t manage to get Oasis tickets.”

A third fan added: “Liam Gallagher sounds absolutely horrific @TicketmasterUK keep your tickets.”

Someone else wrote: “People may want a refund after hearing Liam Gallagher here. Shocking.”

A fifth commented: “Liam Gallagher sounds like someone doing Oasis karaoke very badly.”

Another fan said: “People were gassing liam gallagher bro sounds horrible and people paid stupid money for their shows lmao bring joshua out man wth is this.”

Prior to the fight, AJ said: "I look at myself as a gladiator and I'm going to step into the arena tomorrow to perform for the people.

"I started late in boxing but it shows you can achieve anything. I'm not a warrior in the garden yet, I'm still on the battlefield."

Meanwhile, Dubois said: “I need to retain this world title. It's a great thing to have but I need to legitimise myself by winning this fight.

“I'm on the rise, I've got the momentum on my side. No more words - just fighting, punches. I'm ready to fight and destroy. Destroy.”

Another British boxing superstar, heavyweight Tyson Fury said: “I don't know. I don't really care to be honest.

“I've got my fight with Oleksandr Usyk to deal with, that's what I'm thinking about, I'm not thinking about who wins out of these two divvies… I don't give a f*** who wins.”
