Adam22 is facing a lawsuit over his crushing defeat to Jason Luv in their celebrity fight.
Adam22 vs. Luv headlined last Friday's boxing card promoted by Adin Ross' Brand Risk Promotions.
It was billed as a grudge match given adult star Luv had slept with Adam22's wife, Lena The Plug, on two occasions.
But the fight didn't live up to the hype as Luv stopped Adam22 in just 74 seconds of the very first round.

Luv landed a series of unanswered strikes on Adam22, who didn't throw anything back.
Speaking in the ring after his defeat, Adam22 said: "He was the better man. He’s just as strong as he looks. I did what I could in two weeks, ultimately I think I need to cut some more weight."
The YouTuber later took to social media, declaring himself as the real winner.

Referring to his wife Lena, he wrote: "I got the girl so I’m still a winner! Shout out to Jason, he did his thing and was the better man today. Should I fight again?"
Ross, whose company promoted the clash, has since addressed Adam22's performance given he barely threw a punch against Luv.
He claims sponsor Rainbet were left furious with his dismal showing considering they backed the event.
According to Ross, Rainbet are considering their legal options in the wake of the drab contest.

Speaking on a Kick stream, Ross began: "You guys were not happy with the main-event the way it went."
He added: "Adam didn't throw a punch. I spoke to Adam about it. And I said: 'You didn't throw a punch'.
"And honestly Rainbet was really upset," he revealed. "Rainbet were like: 'Yo is there anything in this contract... in the clause, where we can...'. Because there is something in the contract that does state if you don't try and you don't give it your all, you lose some of your purse."
Ross concluded: "We gotta make examples out of motherf**kers."
Adam22 could face some sort of sanction depending on what is written in his contract.
If there is such a clause, he could be forced to forfeit a portion of his purse as Ross suggests.
