Floyd Mayweather's uncle, Jeff Mayweather, has slammed Logan Paul's prediction that he could ruin his nephew's legacy with one punch.

A fight between the YouTuber and the pound-for-pound boxing great actually seems to be getting closer as the pair trade shots at each other on social media. Paul's latest prediction is that: "If I caught Floyd with one punch... I'd snap this f**ker in half."

Asked about Paul's comments, Jeff Mayweather started off slightly diplomatic... then told us all what he really thought.

"Of course, anything can happen in a fight," said Jeff in an interview on YouTube. "But when you're talking about skill; their skillset - he has no chance at all."

Asked about the possibility of Paul hurting his new nephew with one, powerful shot, Jeff replied: "Well, he could land one clean punch. Shit, that don't mean nothing."

There was some encouragement given to Paul - who is at least considerably larger and younger than the 43-year-old Mayweather (although he is miles behind in absolutely every other attribute).

Asked if he had a similar chance of beating Floyd as Conor McGregor, who Mayweather defeated in 2017 in his last pro fight, Jeff said it was "probably about the same comparison." Unfortunately for Paul - and McGregor - what Uncle Jeff means by that is that neither has any chance.

"He might be great at something else, but he ain't great at boxing that's for damn sure," came the verdict on Paul's boxing skills.

"He don't have no f**king superior nothing. I think he'll get his ass whupped, just like Conor did or even worse."

The 25-year-old Paul made his professional boxing debut last year, when he lost to fellow YouTuber KSI. That gives him a 0-1 pro record, compared to Floyd's 50-0. Still, that hasn't stopped Logan Paul taunting Floyd to sign the contract, after the former pound-for-pound king's tweet last week.

Floyd had messaged Paul saying: "These YouTube girls better find some Barbie dolls to play with cause I'm not the one for the kid games.

"Three years ago a fighter from the UFC said my name and I had to put a muzzle on that bitch. @loganpaul can get the same treatment before I go conquer Japan again."

But as far as Jeff Mayweather is concerned, this is all part of his nephew's strategy to add to his vast fortune. Shocking news.

"Floyd would make more money probably fighting Jake Paul than he would Terence Crawford - or a Logan Paul than one of these legitimate world champions," Jeff explained. "He'll make more money because they have a much, much bigger following."
