Paulie Malignaggi Blasts Andy Ruiz Jr, Calls Him A 'Fat Tub Of S**t'
Paulie Malignaggi has let loose on Andy Ruiz Jr's weight in his rematch with Anthony Joshua and called him a 'fat tub of s**t'.
Ruiz Jr performed poorly in his rematch with Joshua and the Brit outclassed him on the way to reclaiming his world titles.
He also weighed a stone heavier than the first fight, a point former fighter Malignaggi picked up on.
:fork_knife_plate:️ Paulie Malignaggi on Andy Ruiz Jr: "Part of the reason he was flustered wasn't just because of [AJ's] movement. It was also because he came in like a fat tub of s*** and he ruined his chances of closing the gap the right way... Do you wanna be great or do you wanna just eat?"

He told Fight Hub TV:
"Part of the reason (Ruiz) was flustered wasn't just 'cause of the movement, it was also because he came in like a fat tub of s**t and he ruined his chances of closing the gap that way.
"A more prepared fighter may have been able to take advantage of the over-commitment to the the movement that Joshua had. But Ruiz wasn't able to, and so that's the result he gets."
The 39-year-old also said he believes Ruiz Jr's performance was so bad he doesn't deserve a rematch against 'AJ'.
But he did say Ruiz Jr has shown his talent in the past so he may take a third shot at Joshua more seriously.

"Maybe he'll show up in the third fight and come a little bit more prepared.
"Listen, we know Ruiz can do it if he's prepared, we've seen what he can do, we've seen the quality of what he is. He just has to stay away from the fridge, bro.
"Do you wanna be great or do you wanna just eat? It's up to you, you know. So, we'll see."
:speaking_head:️ Andy Ruiz Jr apologises to his trainer Manny Robles and claims three months of partying affected him at the post-fight press conference. In contrast, he praised Joshua for showing up ready to go 12 rounds as well as sticking to a clear game plan.
"This guy didn't show up to blow through him, this guy didn't show up angry that he got knocked out the first time and he's looking to blow through this guy because he knocked him out the first time.
"This guy showed up with an intent to go into the rounds and maybe even go late into the fight.
"Once I saw the way he was leaned out like that, I thought 'ok, this guy sees the fight in his mind going so rounds.' And obviously that's the way it went."
