Better Than Entire Teams? This Insane Stat Proves Just How Good James Tedesco Is

Tedesco is a freak, we know that. But his latest stats prove he's head and shoulders above the rest of the NRL – including two entire teams.

We all know just how great James Tedesco is, but this latest statistic proves that he's on an entirely different planet to the rest of the NRL.

Despite losing 24-20 in a rematch of the 2019 Grand Final against the Canberra Raiders over the weekend, a handful of the Sydney Roosters players put up some highly impressive individual numbers.

And last year's Dally M winner was no exception.

Newly released figures show that Tedesco has notched up an incredible 12 linebreak assists after 10 rounds of the revamped NRL season.

You may be asking: Why is this stat so special? Well, it's the fact that both the Canterbury Bulldogs and the Brisbane Broncos also have 12 linebreak assists - between their ENTIRE teams.

Oh, and while the Broncos and the Bulldogs have played 10 games each, Tedesco has only played eight.

It just goes to show how much of an offensive threat the 27-year-old fullback is.

But while Teddy continues to impress in the number one jersey, his Tri-Colours teammates are also putting up incredible numbers.

Rookie halfback Kyle Flanagan is having no issues with filling the void left by Cooper Cronk as he leads the competition in points (110) and goals (47).

And while Daniel Tupou's replacement Matt Ikuvalu has six tries in two games to his name, it's veteran winger Brett Morris who is really stealing the show.

The 33-year-old leads the competition in linebreaks (11) - again, the entire Bulldogs team have just 19 between them.
