If you like your pro wrestling to involve a lot of men and women in masks kicking seven shades of shit out of each other in an Aztec fighting temple in California, under the watchful eye of a psychotic, violence obsessed businessman, then Lucha Underground will be your fucking jam.
The Robert Rodriguez helmed show, broadcast on the El Rey network in the United States, recently brought the curtain down on it's second season before quickly announcing that season three would premiere on 7th September.

So, judging by that 120 second teaser, we're seeing the return of all our old favourites; Prince Puma, Mil Muertes, Catrina, Matanza, Sexy Star, Kill Shot, Rey Mysterio and, most importantly, Pentagon Dark (formerly Junior) while being introduced to a few new characters in the form of AR Fox, Sami Callahan and Paul London (among others). Oh, and there's ninjas. And big fucking swords. And people getting kicked in the face a lot. Everything you could want from a TV show about pro wrestling, essentially.
If you're not au fait with Lucha Underground, catch yourselves up with our recent feature on their pro wrestling revolucion and then, as legally as possible, binge watch the first two seasons between now and 7th September.
