KSI's FIFA 12 virtual pro from his GOLDEN ERA of YouTube content is the stuff of legends, his reaction was priceless

"Old KSI will never be topped." The YouTuber's legendary FIFA 12 virtual pro is once again making the rounds on social media.

KSI left his legion of fans in stitches after his incredible reaction to the virtual pro he created during one of his FIFA 12 streams back in the day.

The YouTuber-turned-rapper skyrocketed to superstardom after building his career on content based around EA Sports’ popular franchise.

If it wasn’t his iconic ‘Beast’ series fans were tuning in for regularly, KSI’s fan-favourite Race to Division One series became a must-watch on YouTube.

During his FIFA 12 days, the British star was also streaming on the platform Twitch and delivered some equally memorable moments for his fans.

For this occasion, fans only need to remember when KSI created his legendary 6’10” virtual pro on FIFA 12, with the YouTuber left in hysterics when modifying his look.

KSI, real name Olajide Olayinka Williams Olatunji, took the customisation options to a whole new extreme and created an abomination that wouldn’t look out of place in Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein.

Footage of KSI’s FIFA 12 pro has since remerged and made the rounds on social media, with fans once again revelling in the YouTube star’s peak FIFA content-creation days.

“This is the video that put me on to ‘JJ’ so many years ago,” one fan said in response to the footage.

“I remember this stream, man, I couldn’t stop laughing at KSI laughing,” another fan posted.

While a third wrote: “Remember watching this back in 2012 and I couldn’t stop laughing.”

A fourth added: “I watched this for the first time when I was 20. I’m 30 now and still peeing myself laughing in a coffee shop watching this.”

And one fan commented: “Old KSI will never be topped.”

KSI branched out of the world of YouTube and found success in the music industry as a rapper, with ‘JJ’ landing a successful 14 top 40 singles in his career to date.

The ‘Holiday’ and ‘Not Over Yet’ hitmaker has capitalised on his popularity and even ventured into the world of boxing, including fighting fellow YouTuber Logan Paul.

KSI insisted that he wanted to make his parents “proud” through his YouTube career after finding incredible success on the platform.

“I remember I asked a teacher, this is how I made this month, it was about £1,500 and I remember him telling me ‘that’s more than I make,’” he told Louis Theroux on Radio 4’s Grounded podcast in 2020.

“I looked at it and I thought, that’s it, YouTube is the one, it is the goldmine. I need to push and push because I know I can become something and make my parents proud.”
